Management and Supervisory Training
Over the ten plus years since Yorkshire Sales and Marketing Developments was founded, we have delivered numerous units of training in management and supervision, as an integral part of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management Level 4, 5 and 6 professional sales qualifications.
With this pedigree of success, together with a pool of trainers who have often themselves progressed through the various levels of management, clients/customer have asked us to deliver management and supervisory training programmes for them.
We have therefore also developed an excellent reputation for delivering training programme such as; an Introduction to management, and Being a Manager, together with training in specific areas of management such as; team building, managing change and coaching and mentoring.
Training programmes address the various areas of management theory but, also contain very practical sessions and exercises, as individuals and in groups so as to allow trainees to apply and utilise their new learning training scenario’s and exercises before returning to the workplace environment.
To date, Yorkshire Sales and Marketing have designed and developed management and supervisory training to client/customer requirements, or to national standards. However, they are currently investigating adding to their portfolio a suitable national awarding body for management and supervision.

Funding for Training and Development in Business
Yorkshire Sales and Marketing Developments are registered on the Skills Funding Agency – United Kingdom Register of Learning Provider (UKRLP)
In the past months, we have completed all of the necessary documentation and registered with Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership, which manages and allocates funding for training in businesses in all of the following areas: Barnsley; Bradford; Calderdale; Craven; Harrogate; Kirklees; Leeds; Selby; Wakefield; and York.
Yorkshire Sales and Marketing Developments have also recently completed the necessary documentation to register with Calderdale College, in Halifax who are a major national manager and allocator of training funds and training contracts.
